Carolina Week Testimonial: Carolina Week gave me some of my best memories at UNC. It also really helped to prepare me to work at a TV station in the real world. I was shocked to see how much more I knew coming out of Carolina, than other new reporters did coming from other schools. The variety of skills I learned from Carolina Week, editing, writing, producing shows gave me a great foundation for my first job, while other reporters fresh out of school took weeks, or even months to learn what I already knew. My advice, learn as many different skills as you can at Carolina Week, it will only help get you ahead in the future.
