Carolina Week Testimonial: Ah, Carolina Week... I joined as a junior, still clueless as to what I wanted to do at CW and post-graduation. Produce? Report? Anchor? I didn't really know. So, I started small, working behind the scenes as a studio camera operator. I took it all in through the lens. Then the next semester, with some prodding from my colleague, Dana Rosengard, I agreed to try out for anchor. I got it...and several years later I'm still anchoring, professionally. Dana likes to say he's the reason I am where I am in my career!! I always laugh when he says that. But in all honestly, he's right. He—and Carolina Week—had A LOT to do with it. And I'm very grateful.
