Carolina Week Testimonial: Carolina Week was no doubt the best real-life experience I had in college. It gave me the tools I needed to start off on the right foot as a one-man-band for WVIR in Charlottesville, Virgina. Whether it was braving the snow for storm team, or handling complicated court cases, Carolina Week gave me the foundation to adapt and learn on the fly. I spent one year as a reporter, and then left "the business" and put my skills to use in ministry. I currently work with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association as a TV project manager in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I'm able to use the writing and video editing skills I learned in Carolina Week to produce TV programs half way around the world. Carolina week was a great experience, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
