Carolina Week Testimonial: Carolina Week...where do I begin? Well, I started my involvement with CW during my sophomore and junior years when I shadowed a few reporters and contributed a few VO's to the show. But I really gave my life to CW during my senior year, especially during my fall semester, as a reporter and crew member. During my time with CW, I learned exactly what it felt like to be a general assignment reporter because literally every week I was covering a different story with a different angle but it was fun and I learned so much. I got to meet some really cool people and I worked with a good group of fellow CWers who were a bunch of good reporters and good people too! And I'm grateful for the experience I had with Carolina Week but also at UNC, in general, because all of my journalism related activities from the Black Ink Magazine to CABJ to STV helped me become the journalist I am today!
