Carolina Week Testimonial: My experiences in law school and in the legal profession definitely reflect the skills and practice I gained from Carolina Week and the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Despite entering a field not related to media writing or journalism, I see the importance of good writing and communication skills on a daily basis. The difference between using the words "ensure," "insure," and "assure," however minute, is still a noticeable difference, particularly in a professional setting where the trained ears of others listen to their peers' execution of the English language. My education at the J-School and with Carolina Week has gone a long way.
