Carolina Week Testimonial: What can you say about Carolina Week? It's a roller coaster of excitement and stress. It's a long semester, or a few long semesters, that end up being a blur of shooting, editing and writing. All the work enabled me to experience a lot of great moments that I value, like watching the men's basketball team courtside, (even though I did have a camera on my shoulder.) After graduation, and now in the "real world," I look back on what I learned from Carolina Week and one of the best lessons I took away is its commitment to quality. It treated mediocrity the way is should be treated and rewarded only the highest levels of excellence. If success is your ambition, it means going the extra mile and producing a piece of work that is truly deserving of admiration. Everyday, in my own profession, I try to commit myself to the same high level of excellence that was expected of me during my time at Carolina Week and I'm already seeing dividends of that hard work. To all those current and future C Dubs, keep up the good work.
