Carolina Week Testimonial: Carolina Week was the most rewarding experience of my college career. I started out as a tape operator and worked my way into the Director's Chair my senior year. I found that learning all aspects of how a production takes place makes you appreciate your colleagues and gives you more respect and understanding of the task at hand. I didn't pursue Journalism once I graduated but when working within a law firm the experience is relevant. Communication and facts play an essential role in my daily duties and the training and diligence I was exposed to in Carolina Week as well as my production and writing classes have prepared me far more than I expected.

If I have any advice, it would be get involved with something you love and stick with it. Carolina Week is something you will really be proud of when reflecting back to your college experience so take advantage of the amazing resources the show offers.
