Bio: This is Katie's second semester as a producer and her first semester as a reporter for Carolina Week. Katie shadowed Peter Cook at Bloomberg News in Washington, D.C. Katie plans to intern in the broadcast journalism field in London in Fall 2011. Outside of the newsroom, Katie enjoys working out, watching UNC Basketball, and spending time with friends and family. After graduation, she wants to work as a reporter.
