Women's Soccer off to Up-and-Down Start

It's been an up-and-down start of the season for the women's soccer team.

After dropping their first season opener for the first time since 1983, the Heels bounced back on Sunday with a win, and on Tuesday welcomed U-N-C-Greensboro to Chapel Hill.

The Spartans launched a furious attack down one late in the game...but c'mon...do you think the ladies would disappoint Dean Smith, the legendary basketball coach in attendance?

With the Tar Heel great looking on Carolina would squeak out to the 1-0 victory.

Despite lacking their usual dominance the Heels feel that developing their freshmen is the key to another strong season.
