Students Try to Get Hands on Duke Tickets

This weekend, students gave a "hands-on" testament to the intensity of the Duke-Carolina rivalry. Friday, 21 students put their hands on a mock ticket to the home Duke game.

The last person still touching it would win two tickets in the risers for Sunday's game. Participants spent two nights in the Pit, braving the cold when temperatures dipped into the 20s.

After 55 hours, the last two contestants decided to quit together and share the tickets.
