Baseball Struggles Against Gardner Webb

The skies were "Carolina Blue" and the wind was blowing hard early Wednesday as UNC-CH took on visiting Gardner-Webb. The Bulldogs jumped out to an early lead off a two-run single, but Tar Heels pitcher Robert Woodard kept it close with two strikeouts in the first inning. UNC bounced back after a stolen base,a botched rundown,and a two-run double, tying the score at two in the second inning.
