Women's Basketball Makes Comeback
by Anne Sexton

Just minutes before the men's match-up on Sunday, the women's basketball team had a comeback of its own.
After barely sliding by Miami at Saturday's ACC tournament quarter-finals, the Lady Tar Heels struggled early against Virginia, trailing the Cavaliers for most of the game.

But point guard Ivory Latta and her career high 32 points put Carolina up with only 34 seconds left. A few free throws later, and the Heels sealed a trip to the finals with a 78-72 win.
