Men’s Tennis Wins Two Weekend Match-Ups

In tennis, the 12th-ranked Tar Heels faced two ranked ACC rivals this weekend.

Hit after hit, the men's tennis team finished off 10th-ranked Clemson Saturday, and 27th-ranked Georgia Tech Sunday.

In its first outdoor home match of the 2006 season, UNC called on its seniors to help swing a victory. Senior Raian Luchici helped his team in both doubles and singles competition. Coming off of a two-match losing streak, Luchici said the win felt good.
