Job Market Improving
By Paula Cerutti
Career Services say the job market is the best
it has been since 2001, in part because the
economy is improving and companies need more
workers.
Career Services Director, Marcia Harris, said
that entry-level job openings are on rise and
that salaries are better, but still students
don’t have to wait for the jobs to fall
in their lap.
Harris encourages students to use Career Services
to find a job. Their office is located in Hanes
Hall and is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. during
the week.
