GAA Helps Seniors Prepare for the Next Step
By Shelley Basinger

As a part of senior week, the General Alumni Association hopes it can help soon-to-be graduates stay connected to the University.

The organization had a membership drive in the Pit Wednesday, during which students could ask questions, sign up to be members and enjoy some complementary Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

Joining fees will increase next semester for undergrads.

It’s also cheaper for seniors to join now as students, instead of waiting until after they graduate.

The GAA helps UNC-CH graduates by serving as a networking system, connecting graduates to alumni across the country.
