University Sponsors Cell-Phone Recycling Program

If you're looking for a way to get rid of your old cell phone—and help a good cause at the same time—look no further than the Student Union.

You'll find a new cell phone-collection bin beside the Alpine Bagel Bakery.

The recycling program is sponsored by UNC's Office of Waste Reduction.

All salvageable cell phones are donated to charitable organizations.
